WWW Wednesday:

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Sam @  Taking on a World of Words and answers three questions:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Lol @ me for picking purple books this week. Also, heavy fantasy week for me, yeah? Without further adieu, on to the post:

Currently Reading:

Let me be clear: I never intended to raise my brother from his grave, though he may claim otherwise.

The Bone Witch, Rin Chupeco

It is taking me forever to finish this book and that has absolutely nothing to do with the book itself. Lately, it’s been hard for me to concentrate on anything and as much as I’m enjoying this world, I think I’m going to need to take a step back from intricate stories such as this one. Still hoping to finish this this month!

Recently Finished:

18243700

Will Celaena ever be truly free? Explore the dark underworld of this kick-ass heroine to find out.

The Assassin’s Blade, Sarah J. Maas

I am still trying my darnedest to finish this series this year. Throne of Glass has been on my TBR for so long! This novella brought a teensy bit more into Celeana’s character, and definitely shed light on Sam, but wasn’t all that I thought it would be.

Next Read:

To newcomer Ellie, Avalon High seems like a typical American high school, complete with jocks, nerds, cheerleaders, and even the obligatory senior class president, quarterback, and all-around good guy. But it doesn’t take Ellie long to suspect that something weird is going on beneath the glossy surface of this tranquil hall of learning. As she pieces together the meaning of this unfolding drama, she begins to recognize some haunting Arthurian echoes, causing her to worry that she has become just a pawn in mythic history.

Avalon High, Meg Cabot

This one is a buddy read with @Amberinoface and I can’t wait to get back into Meg Cabot’s writing style. I haven’t read anything by her in… a super long time (I think I tried to read All American Girl way back when and never finished it). Her writing style just brings on a small country’s worth of nostalgia.
